Surveying Projects
Huguenot Bridge Replacement
Zion Staton, Lot 9: Land survey services for the construction o fa 12,000 square foot office building.
Alderman Road Housing Improvements, Phase 2: Land surveying services for the construction of a student housing facility at the University of Virginia.
Marching Band Rehersal Hall: Land surveying services for the construction of a marching band rehearsal facility at the University of Virginia.

Past Projects
The following are past projects led by Meridian personnel while associated with other organizations.
Jefferson Center: Performed the design of roads, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, storm-water managmeent and erosion control for a 30-acre commercial development.
RF&P Park: Design of parking, storm-water, and erosion control for 15-acre public park.
Hollymead Town Center: A 120-acre, mixed-use development located in Albemarle County, Virginia. Services included lead in civil engineering and surveying for both 80 acres of retail development and 40 acres of high-density residential development.
Bargamin Park: Design and engineering for 20-acre mixed residential development located in Crozet, Virginia.
Hadan Place: Led civil engineering and surveying for 24-acre single-family residential and 20 townhome lots in Crozet, Virginia.
Northtown Center: Led the civil engineering and surveying for 30-acre retail development that included a creative approach to include a perennial stream and retaining walls to account for steep terrain.
