Tim Miller, P.E., L.S.
Principal
Tim has more than 25 years of experience as a land surveyor and civil engineer. Tim earned a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and is licensed as a civil engineer and land surveyor in the state of Virginia. He was previously a principal at Rivanna Engineering and Surveying, PLC, where he was responsible for all land surveying and civil engineering services. His experience includes the design of roads, storm water management facilities, subdivisions, storm sewers, and erosion control plans. Tim has also been involved in the land-planning phases of several large commercial and residential developments. Tim’s specialties include construction stakeout, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and subdivision plats.

Mary Jo Natali
Principal & Business Development Manager
Mary Jo Natali provides a range of business-end support to Meridian and its clients with an over-arching emphasis on service. Mary Jo brings nearly three decades of relevant experience to the table from a variety of business environments, which include time working in the healthcare and wellness and hospitality industries. It is the discipline and attention to detail she acquired as an expert in these fields that she is able to apply in ensuring that no ball gets dropped and no detail is overlooked as Meridian delivers its high-level functional expertise to clients in the field. Mary Jo has a bachelors degree in planning and administration from Pennsylvania State University and has completed an abundance of graduate-level coursework at the university, including the study of small business operations. She also has contributed her substantial talents to various non-profit boards, mostly related to youth sports and wellness.
